Person Parks in Fire Lane, Gets Arrested on a Warrant

Saturday, May 9
At 2:37 a.m., a man reported that a couple of guys from another apartment were at his door.
At 10:10 a.m., an erratic driver reportedly pulled into the parking lot of the field house on Humphrey Street.

At 11:28 a.m., a dog bite on the forearm was reported.
At 3:10 p.m., a caller complained about a dog that barked constantly when left alone all day in a residence.

At 4:43 p.m., police ran a check of the license plate of a vehicle parked in the fire lane at Panera and found the car was registered to a person with an active arrest warrant. Police confirmed the operator and owner were one and the same and the person was arrested.
At 9:45 p.m., a motor vehicle stop and subsequent check of the license plate revealed active warrants for the owner of the vehicle. The owner was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the stop and was taken into custody.
Sunday, May 10
At 1:10 a.m., a possible breaking and entering was reported to be occurring on Humphrey Street.
At 11:35 a.m., the fire department assisted a person who had locked her keys in her vehicle with a dog inside.
At 1:42 p.m., a passing motorist called concerned about the driver of another vehicle. The caller reported there was something not right about the 20-something female.
At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported coming upon a possibly injured baby squirrel.
At 10:27 p.m., a person reported a vehicle had been stolen as it was no longer in the lot at Bertucci’s.
