Police Look for Woman and Child Reportedly Wandering in the Rain

At 12:31 a.m., a caller reported a man and woman were arguing in the street. The individuals were gone upon an officer’s arrival.
At 11:22 a.m., a woman reported that a motor vehicle had damaged a wall at her residence at some point overnight.

At 1:25 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious man was walking into backyards in the area of Pine Hill and Forest Avenue. The person was visiting a friend who lives on Pine Hill.

At 2:01 p.m., a member of the fire department reported seeing a woman and child walking around in the area of Burrill and Claremont. The caller said it was the third time the two had been spotted that day and the woman was soaked and looked confused. Police were unable to locate anyone matching the description.
At 2:40 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported inside the T-Mobile store.
At 8:10 p.m., a caller said the child who lived in the apartment above had been jumping on the floor all day.
