'Scruffy' Suspicious Man Reported in a Gazebo

At 11:20 a.m., a caller complained that items contracted out have not been obtained. The person was advised that it seemed to be a civil matter.
At 11:31 a.m., a caller reported finding a poodle mix.

At 11:55 a.m., a caller reported that a baby was locked inside a house with the parents outside. It turned out the child was not locked inside.

At 1:51 p.m., a motor vehicle accident with personal injury occurred near the Vantage Pointe Apartments.
At 3:57 p.m., a wire was reported to be in the middle of the road near Beach and Columbia.
At 5:53 p.m., a woman reported a man was videotaping her without her permission. Police spoke with both parties and found it was a misunderstanding.
At 6:14 p.m., a woman reported that an empty kayak had drifted in behind her house and she was concerned that the one-time occupant could be missing. Police, fire and the harbormaster responded. A short time later, it was discovered the kayak had become detached from another boat and the party was fine.
At 7:10 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious “scruffy” young man to be hanging out in the gazebo at 1 Salem St. The party was staying with his grandparents and checked out.
