Social Media Saturday

It's been a busy week for social media here at Swampscott Patch. 

Many people have responded to a various number of posts on our Facebook page. 

The posts that had the most interaction with readers were the story on Patriots cheerleader and the news about . 

Nigro's story had one like and a congratulatory comment. 

Many commenters were upset that small business owner Susan Ellsworth has to close up shop. One person commented, "Thank you for your warm friendship, your delectable bites, and for creating a sense of community."

This past week's Facebook poll question asked "What would you like to see at town beaches?"

Five people answered more parking, while two answered more food. Another two answered less trash. 

This week, we landed on Burke's Tumbling Academy Facebook Page, a studio that offers classes where children can get involved with music and dancing.
