SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The Swampscott Stop & Shop donated a combined $2,500 in product and gift cards to the Swampscott Anchor Food Pantry and Marblehead Food Pantry this holiday season.

The Paradise Road location gave $2,000 to The Anchor Food Pantry and $500 to the Marblehead Food Pantry.

"I am proud of my team for helping to give back as we see more people in our community facing food insecurity as a result of the pandemic," Andrew Ziner, manager of the Swampscott Stop & Shop, said. "Local food pantries play such a critical role in feeding those in need and we're happy to lend support especially during the holiday season."
