Suspicious Man Dressed in Black Reported Behind a Residence

At 12:52 a.m., a caller reported her ceiling appeared to be cracking and requested an officer check to ensure her roof wasn’t buckling under the weight of snow.

At 1:33 a.m., a caller reported spotting a suspicious male dressed all in black behind his residence. The caller said the man ran off when he shined a flashlight at him.

At 6:51 a.m., a caller reported being locked out of their running car.

At 6:52 a.m., a caller reported the traffic lights to be malfunctioning at Essex Street and Eastman Avenue.

At 12:11 p.m., a caller reported a Craig’s List reality scam.

At 6:09 p.m., two loose dogs were reported on Devans Road, running toward Walker Road. The dogs were not located by police.
