Swampscott Christmas Curbside Tree Collection For One Week Only
The curbside collection will occur on the regulation trash collection day next week.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott residents will have to get busy taking down those Christmas trees if they want to dispose of them through curbside collection.
The town will collect trees for one week only this year beginning on Jan. 9. Trees will be picked up on a home's normal trash/recycling day.
All lights, ornaments, garland and other decorations must be removed from the tree as it goes directly to a chipper.
