Swampscott 'Coffee with a Cop' Forum Friday
Swampscott police will hold a "coffee with a cop" forum tomorrow at Panera Bread in Vinnin Square Plaza.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott police will host a "coffee with a cop" forum Friday, October 7 at 9 a.m. at Panera Bread in Vinnin Square Plaza.
The forums are a chance for the public to engage in an open discussion with police officers on any number of topics.
"No speeches, just chances to ask questions, voice concerns, and chat," Swampscott police said in a statement.

The forum is part of a national effort to connect police officers with the communities they serve. "National Coffee with a Cop Day" is also Friday.
