Swampscott Doctor Honored As Disabled Veterans Outstanding Employee
Dennis O'Neil of Swampscott was honored by the Department of Massachusetts Disabled American Veterans.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott doctor Dennis O'Neil was recently honored as the Outstanding Employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration by the Department of Massachusetts Disabled American Veterans for his outstanding service to veterans of the North Shore.
O'Neil was presented with the award at the annual convention in Leominster.
O'Neil is a staff psychiatrist in both the Lynn and Haverhill Veterans clinic. He was nominated by the E. F. Gilmore DAV chapter of Lynn and Swampscott.

E.F. Gilmore DAV Commander Jeffrey Blonder said O'Neil is well regarded by the membership for his care and dedication to serving the veterans of the North Shore.
O'Neil is a graduate of the Boston University Medical School and has been practicing at the VA for over 10 years.
