Swampscott To Host Housing Plan Production Virtual Workshop

The Office of Community and Economic Development is hosting a "Housing Production Plan Community Workshop" as part of the update process for the town's Housing Production Plan.

A Housing Production Plan guides housing development within a community and is composed of:

• A comprehensive housing needs assessment;
• Affordable housing goals and objectives;
• Analysis of development constraints and opportunities; and
• Implementation strategies.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend this workshop to better understand how the Plan works, learn about the current draft, and provide your feedback.
