Swampscott Man Arrested for DWI, Drugs in NH

Eduard Raptunovich, 25, of Swampscott, MA, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on Nov. 4, on charges of DWI, transportation of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug and speed.
