Swampscott Police Arrest Beverly Man on Third OUI Offense

Sunday, March 22

At 12:12 a.m., a caller reported singing to be coming from a neighboring apartment and wanted to speak with an officer.

At 8:31 a.m., a woman reported her home on Ryan Place was egged overnight and she captured video footage of the incident.

At 10:41 a.m., a caller reported her vehicle on Ryan Place was egged overnight.

At 10:21 p.m., Salem Police reported a man slumped over the wheel of a vehicle and were unsure which jurisdiction should handle the call. Swampscott Police responded and arrested 41-year-old David McPartland of Beverly. He was charged with OUI liquor (third offense).

Monday, March 23

At 12:26 a.m., a caller reported a car parked on Humphrey Street playing loud music.

At 12:58 p.m., a child called 911 and reported his/her was dizzy and vomiting. The mother was transported to the hospital.
