Swampscott Police Ask Public's Help Finding Counterfeit Cash Suspect

Swampscott police a male suspect used $200 in counterfeit cash at CVS.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott police said they 're asking the public's help identifying a suspect who passed $200 in counterfeit bills at the CVS in Vinnin Square Plaza.

Police said on Thursday at about 1:07 a.m., they suspect passed ten counterfeit $20 bills to a cashier for a gift card.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to contact Swampscott police at 781-595-1111.
