Swampscott Proposed 160-Unit Foster Road Housing Complex Meeting

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — A proposed 160-unit housing complex at 54 Foster Road and 9 Archer Street in Swampscott will be the subject of a special meeting of the Select Board next week.

The public meeting will be held virtually at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

The meeting is to inform residents of the application submitted to MassHousing for the Chapter 40B affordable housing development and to seek comments on the proposal to be shared with MassHousing.
