SWAMPSCOTT, MA — A Bishop Fenwick High School senior from Swampscott was honored with the latest Fenwick FIRST award.

Angelina Civiello graduated from St. Pius V.

Civiello was honored for exemplifying the core values that define the Bishop Fenwick community: Faith, Integrity, Relationship, Scholarship, and Tradition.

"She has been an inspiration and a light to me and to many," her nomination said. "I admire her ability to make everyone feel so comfortable being around her. She is always there for me when I need someone.

"She is especially there for younger students, welcoming them and making sure they have a place where they know they belong."

Civiello takes many high-level classes and earns outstanding grades while balancing extracurriculars and rehearsals.

"She works so hard, and it pays off, as she earned multiple leading roles in the drama club," the nomination said. "She has participated in the performing arts productions, open houses, and more — for all four years."
