Swampscott Students Honored At Bryant, JMU, Tampa, Plymouth State

These Swampscott students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinction.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — These Swampscott students were among those recently earning academic or athletic distinction at colleges, universities and schools across the nation.

Livia Alperin graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing BS.

The commencement ceremony included 1,713 undergraduate and graduate candidates.

Michaela Freddo, class of 2022, was named to the Bryant University Dean's List for the spring 2022 semester and also graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing.

Troy Levine earned Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Financial Services.

To earn a place on the Dean's List students must have a GPA of 3.4 or better for at least 12 semester hours of work.

Allyson Hartmann was named to the Dean's List at James Madison University for the spring 2022 semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Hartmann is majoring in media arts and design.

Ashley Leblanc has been named to the Plymouth State University President's List for the Spring 2022 semester.

To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 or better for the Spring 2022 semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. Leblanc is a English major at Plymouth State.
