Swampscott Townwide Yard Sale Returns Saturday

The popular community event is on April 22 with residents invited to participate on the Town Hall lawn or at their own houses.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The popular townwide yard sale is returning to Swampscott in April with residents invited to bring their stuff to the Town Hall lawn or hold a sale at their houses.

Residents who register for the April 22 event will receive a yard sale sign with stakes, and an automatic permit for the day of the yard sale and will be featured on the town social media pages and map promoting the event.

Beyond being a fun community event, the townwide yard sale is a good way to repurpose older items with new owners rather than having them end up in landfills.
