Swampscott Veterans Commander Certified As Chapter Service Officer
Jeffrey Blonder will help area disabled veterans gain information about and obtain services entitled to them.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The commander of the E.F. Gilmore Disabled Veterans of America in Swampscott has been certified as a chapter services officer by the Department of Massachusetts Disabled American Veterans.
Jeffrey Blonder's new certification will allow him to become one of the most important links between the disabled veterans' community on the North Shore and the Disabled American Veterans National Service. A chapter services director provides benefit information to veterans and gathers information to assist in obtaining benefits and services to veterans, their dependents and survivors.
Blonder will now advise, instruct and counsel claimants to help them prepare claims and then submit them to the Disabled American Veterans National Service officer for processing.
