A Testimonial Supporting Glenn Kessler

I support Glenn Kessler for re-election to the position of Selectman.

My most direct involvement with Glenn relates to past positions I held as Chair of the Harbor Advisory Committee and as Assistant Harbormaster. In the course of my nearly thirty years in those capacities, many Swampscott selectmen have served as liaison to the HAC and to the Harbormaster’s Department. Glenn Kessler has been, by far, the most productive from among his predecessors in the capacity as liaison. More Harbormaster and Harbor Advisory Committee initiatives came to fruition resulting in many improvements to our waterfront because of Glenn’s involvement. He realizes that Swampscott’s proximity to the sea is, in effect, the Town’s “brand” and he has promoted this concept to the benefit of the entire community. In my opinion, Glenn Kessler deserves to be reelected to the Board of Selectmen.
