Rain or shine, for the 73rd year The Shaw Improvement Association will once again be sponsoring the Annual 4th of July Horribles Parade.
Participants should arrive promptly at 9:15 AM on the corner of Aspen and Arbutus Road for judging. The Parade starts at 9:30 AM and will be led by a Swampscott Police car and Fire Truck down Aspen Rd., across Forest Ave., and around Lexington Circle.
Categories include horribles, floats, bikes/trikes, rollerblades/scooters/ boards, and pets. We have added 2 categories this year: best decorated house along the parade route and adult horribles! Refreshments, prizes and awards will be given to ALL participants at the end.

Cash donations are appreciated and needed in order to keep this tradition alive! There will be donation boxes at the beginning and end of the parade route.
