Woman's Body Found On Swampscott Sidewalk
A 34-year-old Wakefield woman was found by a passerby Thursday morning.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — State and local police are investigating after a 34-year-old Wakefield woman was found dead on a Swampscott sidewalk.
Police said the victim's body was found Wednesday night by a passerby near Belleair Drive and Morningside Drive. When police arrived, the victim had no pulse and was not breathing. An officer assisted by an onlooker performed CPR until an ambulance arrived.
The victim was pronounced dead at Salem Hospital. Police said they do not suspect foul play and there were no obvious signs of injury.
