18-Year-Old Tewksbury Woman Arrested for Cocaine Dealing: Police
The woman, along with a 20-year-old Tewksbury man were arrested at a Hillman Street residence Friday.
TEWKSBURY, MA — A man and a woman from Tewksbury were arrested Friday on cocaine charges at a Hillman Street home after what police are calling a lengthy investigation into drug distribution.
Police say that Courtney Lavalle, 18, of Hillman Street was arrested on a warrant for two counts of distribution of a class B substance (cocaine), possession with intent to distribute and possession of a Class A substance (codeine). Nicholas Constantineau, 20, of the same address on Hillman Street was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute a class B substance (cocaine), as well as on a warrant for possession of a class B substance (adderall).
A missing juvenile was also located at the home and was turned over to the Department of Children and Families. The juvenile was not identified.

Police say that after a lengthy investigation into drug distribution at the home, detectives executed a search warrant and arrested both Lavalle and Constantineau. Police say that there was evidence of drug distribution and seized cocaine and codeine from the home.
A third person, Dashan Runnion-Bareford, 22, of Dublin Street in Lowell was also arrested at the home on a warrant for a city ordinance violation, according to police.

Lavalle and Constantineau were set to be arraigned Monday.
