2 People Charged With Trafficking Fentanyl In Tewksbury: Police
Two people were charged with dealing fentanyl in Tewksbury on Wednesday, police said.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Two people were charged with trafficking fentanyl in Tewksbury on Wednesday, according to police.
The Tewksbury Police Narcotic Unit, with assistance from Billerica police, arrested two people in the parking lot of a business on Andover Street at 3:42 p.m. The arrests came as part of an ongoing investigation, police said.
Juan Torres-Pena, 36, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, operating with a suspended license, and felony conspiracy to violate drug law.

Diana Custodio-Disla, 30, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and felony conspiracy to violate drug law.
Both are scheduled for arraignment Thursday in Lowell District Court.
