2020/2021 Recycling Calendar For Town Of Tewksbury

Recycling calendars are in the process of being mailed to your homes. Click here to view/print the new calendar.

Trash and Recycling collection are every Wednesday unless there is a holiday that week. If there is a holiday the pickup day changes to Thursday.

Recycling

Tewksbury is divided in half by Main Street (Route 38). Recycling is picked up every other week depending on what side of Main Street (Route 38) your home resides. If you live on the Billerica side of Main Street your recycling is denoted by the color Blue on the calendar. If you live on the Andover side of Main Street, your recycling is denote by the color Red on the calendar.

You can always check the main page of the town's website which displays the color of the recycling week.

Yard waste (small branches, leaves, and Christmas trees)

The weeks denoted on the calendar show when yard waste collections are scheduled. Each street in Tewksbury are serviced throughout the week. Please consult the Trash & Recycling page for your street's collection day.

Compost Bin's

The Town has a limited amount of compost bins available to Town residents for $25.00 (cash or check only) each. Please contact the Board of Selectmen/Town Manager's office 978-640-4300 if you are interested.
