3 Food Trucks & 13 Vendors At 9/17 Tewksbury Community Market
Taekwondo demonstration, live music, amazing non-profits & more!

TEWKSBURY, MA – The Tewksbury Community Market, located on the front lawn of the Tewksbury Public Library (300 Chandler Street), is open this Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 4pm to 6:30pm. Please note the market is closing at 6:30pm (not 7pm) out of an abundance of caution relative to EEE.
Three food trucks will be on hand -- Cupcake City (cupcakes), Kona Ice (flavored shaved ice), and the Shawsheen Tech (pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, french fries).
This week’s featured vendors include Dargoonian Farm (veggies & flowers), Fudge ‘n Stuff (fudge, popcorn & granola), Juice Box Diva (accessories), KC Styles (jewelry & accessories), The Nana Bee (small quilted items), Peacock Chalk (signs & home décor), Scents Delivered (soaps & fragrancies), Seafood Express (seafood), Shiny Things (jewelry), Sweet Lydia’s (s’mores, marshmallows & candies), Tewksbury Florist & Greenery (flowers & plants), Tewksbury Honey (honey), and Usborne Books (children's books), plus the Tewksbury Public Library’s Community Garden (vegetables).

A women’s self-defense group from Kwon’s Taekwondo will present demonstrations around 6:15pm on the library’s patio, next to the market.
Stop by the market’s Community Tables this week to learn about the Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce and All-In Energy. Joyce Hamlyn and her reading therapy dog Thor will also be on hand promoting the library's "Barks and Books" program.

Miss Heather, of the library’s Children’s Room, will hold a Nighttime Craft from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the library’s Craft Room.
Bruce Shick and Jackie Stone, Co-Founders of the Friends of Tewksbury Open Space, and Paige Impink, Co-Chair of the Tewksbury Open Space & Recreation Plan Committee, will discuss the best spots and trails in town to walk, run, hike and bike -- some you may be familiar with, others you are not – at 7pm in the library’s Meeting Room. Runner Jeff Tucceri will then discuss his experience of running all 306 miles of roadway in town -- EVERY street in Tewksbury -- while training for the Boston Marathon.
The Market will be open on Tuesdays through the end of September.
