Enjoy a blues concert from The Joe Mack Band. The band covers famous artists including Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Carlos Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Allman Brothers, and many others. The band incorporates the best of everything the blues has become. Mack performs with a wireless guitar and wireless headset, which enables him to walk among the audience while playing and singing. Due to the predicted excessive heat, this concert will be held INSIDE in the library's Meeting Room. Register HERE.

In this 60-minute interactive workshop, you will define the values that are currently guiding your life, discern your core values and explore the impact a values-based approach can have on your job search. Led by Dina Crawford, a certified Life Design Coach. Crawford, who has a Masters Degree in Health Administration, has been a partner in a life coaching business; spoken on topics of personal growth, spirituality and wellness throughout New England; taught public speaking; and owned her own health and healing practice. Summer Sprouts Story Time

Monday, August 6, 10:15am AND 11am

For babies ages 0 to 18 months. Older siblings are always welcome to join in! Join us for a fun session of stories, songs, fingerplays and gentle movement that help build early literacy skills. Please note, we have 2 sessions that are the same, one is at 10:15am and the other is at 11:00am. No registration required. HOWEVER, there is limited space in the room. Please check in at the Children's desk upon arrival to check to see if there is still room available in the session.

Maker Monday

Monday, August 6, 2pm

For ages 5 to 11. Join us every Monday afternoon to make some kind of craft activity. It will be different each week. Drop by any time during the hour to create that week's project. No registration required.

Music and Craft: Boho Dream Catchers
