Enjoy a gentle hatha yoga class. Learn a mixture of standing and floor postures that can be adapted to where you are now. Come to tune in to your body and connect to your inner wisdom. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Bring your yoga mat or be prepared to practice on the carpeted floor. Practicing yoga barefoot provides more balance - encouraged, but not a requirement. Led by Swetha Kannan, a Tewksbury resident who has been teaching YIN yoga for two years and practicing yoga for 13 years. She graduated from her 500-hour yoga teacher training in 2017. She blends in mindfulness in all her yoga classes. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Register HERE.
