1. By The numbers: 42 -- That's the number of years Sandy Barbeau served the Town of Tewksbury. She began as a "Confidential Secretary" and worked her way up to be the assistant to the town manager. 2. Today's Forecast: Kind of a raw day today. According to the National Weather Service, there is a slight chance of showers between 1 and 2 p.m. but mostly cloudy, with a high near 42 degress. A west wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 39 mph. Tonight will be mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear. It will get very cold and blustery tonight, with a low around 7 and a wind chill values as low as -3. Northwest wind between 8 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 43 mph.

3. This Date in Tewksbury History: Mar 2, 1903, According to A History of the Town of Tewksbury, the town voted to provide high school training at Lowell High School and forego education at the town’s high school.
