I beeped my horn 3 times at the person in front of me, with a reasonable time in between, while she searched through her purse for money. In the meantime, someone zoomed around me and almost hit someone on Clark Rd. This was a young girl panhandling. She must have been around 18. In the past, I have seen a shaggy old man sitting there. I'm tired of this in our town!
