TEWKSBURY, MA — A lottery ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold at a Tewksbury store.
The winner was in the 50X game. The lucky ticket was sold at the Market Basket in Tewksbury.
50X is a $5 scratch-off ticket. There are still two remaining top prizes of $1 million in the game.
The Mass Lottery publishes a daily list of winning tickets worth $600 or more that are claimed by players across the state.
Retailers that sell winning tickets typically receive a bonus from the Lottery. Players are also reminded to sign the back of their tickets and play responsibly.
