Billerica Man Arrested For Tewksbury Breaking And Entering
Brandon R. Couillard, 25, of Billerica, was arrested shortly after allegedly breaking into a home last week.

TEWKSBURY, MA -- Tewksbury Police arrested a Billerica man on multiple charges stemming from a reported break in on Wednesday. Brandon R. Couillard, 25, was charged with breaking and entering (day time - to commit a misdemeanor), receiving a stolen credit card, and outstanding warrants for possession of a class b substance and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
A caller told police two men had left a residence at 23 Pratt Street and were walking to Main Street. Police located Couillard and Mathew Couillard and were able to recover property allegedly taken from the residence, as well as property that was taken from some car breaks that had occurred earlier in the day in the same area. Mathew Couillard was not arrested.
Brandon Couillard was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Lowell District Court. In 2017 he was indicted for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing televisions from Walmart on June 21, 2017, in Hudson, NH.
