Bomb, Shooting Threat At Tewksbury Bowling Alley: Police
The building was evacuated and closed for the night so authorities could investigate, according to the business.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Police are investigating after patrons of a Tewksbury bowling alley received threats of a bomb and shooting at the business, according to authorities.
An employee at Wamesit Lanes, 434 Main St., called 911 about 8:15 p.m. Saturday to report that customers had received AirDrop photos from an unknown person claiming they had a bomb and would shoot up the business, police said.
The building was evacuated and closed for the night, according to a social media post from Wamesit Lanes.

“We take the safety of our team and guests very serious and thank local authorities for their assistance,” the business said.
Anyone with information about the incident or who received the photo is asked to call police at 978-851-7373.
