Dewing Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Annual event draws great support from community vendors.

As the end of the school year draws near, parents at the Dewing Elementary School came together to provide their annual Teacher Appreciation Luncheon. This year, over one hundred teachers, aides, staff and administration were treated to a seemingly endless array of foods, all with an international theme.

Dishes representing Italy, India, Ireland, Mexico, South America, Asia and the United States were all prepared with care and presented in the school's library, which was decorated to reflect the festive theme. Parent volunteer and luncheon coordinator Lori Martel, along with parent volunteer Dina Callahan, were able to secure donations of food from an impressive list of community restaurants and retailers to augment the already robust offerings that parents prepared.

It is with sincerest appreciation that the Dewing Parent Advisory Committee extends its thanks to the following for their generous contributions;

The Dewing School appreciates its teachers and its community sponsors!
