The Tewksbury Boys Under 12-1 team played to a 2-2 tie against Medford's BU12-1 squad. Tewksbury broke the ice at the 10 minute mark. Brian LeFebvre used his left foot to score off of a nice pass from Drew Fletcher. One of the more suspenseful moments of the game came when Alex Papageorgiou hit the post on a penalty kick. Medford had taken the lead by a 2-1 score up until the 55 minute mark. That's when Alex Papageorgiou took the punt from Chris Repucci and hustled through the defense for a gutsy tying goal. Patrick Carlton had a solid game as did David Durante.
