Call for Entries: Tewksbury Community Artists Annual Art Show

Entries are limited to 4 pieces per person at no charge for Members of the TCA and 3 pieces per person, at $10 per piece, for non-members (adults only) and $5 per peice, non members (seniors only).All entries must be framed and/or properly finished.You must provide your own table easel and/or suitable backdrop.Artwork that has been previously awarded a ribbon in the Tewksbury Community of Artists’ Annual Art Festival should not be resubmitted for display and ribbon consideration.You can display your business card or literature only after the judging has taken place.Artwork must be dropped off on Friday, October 3 between 3:45-5:00pm. There is a $10 charge for any artwork dropped off before 3:30 p.m. and NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00pm. There will be no admittance between 5:30-7:30 p.m.. Doors will be locked during this time.Artwork must remain in place for the entire show. No exceptions. All artwork needs to be collected and removed after the show between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4. There will be a $10 holding fee for any unclaimed artwork.Judging begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday with awarding of ribbons to immediately follow. Show will open for an artists’ reception for the displaying artists and their guests beginning at 7:30 p.m.Popular Vote begins at 7:30pm on Friday and concludes at 1pm on Saturday with awarding of ribbons at 1:30 p.m. The Public is invited to vote for their one favorite piece in the following categories: (1) adult, (1) grade K-4, (1) grade 5-8, (1) grade 9-12.
Deadline to submit application is Sept. 20 - No entries will be accepted after this date!
