Car Crashes Into Tewksbury Bank
It was the second time in the past year that a car crashed into the Lowell Five Branch on Main Street Wednesday.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- A car crashed into the side of the building at the Lowell Five Branch at 1775 Main Street in Tewksbury Wednesday afternoon. No serious injuries were reported, according to police radio transmissions. It was the second time in the past year that a vehicle crashed into the building.
The driver reportedly hit the gas instead of the brake, launching the car from its parking spot into the side of the building. Tewksbury Police posted an update on its Twitter account saying no one was injured in the crash.
