Tewksbury Detectives worked in conjunction with both Billerica and Andover Police Detectives and set up moving and stationary surveillance on Lowell Street in Tewksbury.Tewksbury Detectives subsequently arrested, Giovany Gonzalez, 24, of 58 Monument St. (Apt. #22) in Charlestown for "Distribution of a Class B Substance (Oxycodone 30 mg)." Gonzalez was due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
