Debate Planned Oct. 1 For Robertson-DiFruscia Race

Wilmington Apple editor and Tewksbury resident Robert Hayes will moderate the state representative debate.

TEWKSBURY, MA — State representative candidates Dave Robertson and Alec DiFruscia will face off in a debate on Oct.1, the Tewksbury Republican and Democratic Town Committees announced Thursday.

Wilmington Apple editor and Tewksbury resident Robert Hayes will moderate the 19th Middlesex District debate at Tewksbury Town Hall.

The event, starting at 7 p.m., will be simulcast by Tewksbury Telemedia on Tewksbury's Public Channel and TewksburyTV on YouTube. There will be no in-person public attendance, according to a news release.

Robertson, the Democratic incumbent, is running for a second term. DiFruscia is the Republican candidate.
