This forced pause that we are all experiencing has united us. We really have looked at what nourishes our souls and body. (Earth Day is really every day and anywhere you are on planet earth.) The connection between human health and planetary health sparked the first Earth Day in 1970. Facts: First Earth Day was 1970 with one billion individuals taking action every year. 190+ countries are engaged. Climate change is this year's focus. All citizens of the world are rising up (by staying home....good job) for the creativity, innovation, ambition and bravery that we need to meet climate crisis and seize the enormous opportunities of a zero-carbon future. 'Sunlight on our Earth' fact: In 1966, English scientist, Isaac Newton, explained that sunlight is really a mixture of the colors of the rainbow red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. While we are all staying home this Earth Day, we are united in focus and optimistic spirit. #Earth Day 2020 #InThisTogether
