Earth Day (4/22) is now a global event each year and more than 1 billion people in 192 countries now take part in what is the largest civic-focused day of action in the world. Earth Day 2018 is dedicated to providing information and inspiration needed to fundamentally change human attitude and behavior. As you know, trees filter the air and help reverse the impacts of climate change. In just one year, a mature leafy tree produces as much oxygen as 10 people inhale. What can you do? Take a walk in nature and simply appreciate it, plant a tree or a flower, pickup discarded bottles and recycle them (even if they are not yours), turn off your printer for a day, power off your computer and take a break outside, go vegetarian for a day, save energy by turning off lights you are not using. So many ways to participate. Learn more about the environment or join an environmental group. You can make a difference. :) - Shihan Deb and -Shihan Jeff
