Fall Registration is now for ages 3.5 - 17 and Adults.
All classes include topics such as Awareness, Safety/Stranger/Danger, Bully Defense. Many students cross-train in the martial arts to increase focus, speed, endurance, self-control, confidence, respect, listening, flexibility, and strength while learning an art that is results-oriented. Training is energetic, fun and exciting while focusing on martial arts (Kempo Karate/Ju-Jitsu/Kung Fu) with life skill results.
Donations from The Self-Defense Institute (TSDI) were made to the HeathBrook/Trahan PAC, North Street School PAC, and Dewing School PAC from TSDI's fundraising efforts of last season.

Now, it is the Ryan School's turn. All students from the Ryan school who sign up for lessons from September 2012 through December 2012, will receive the public school rate of $89 per month with no contracts. The Self-Defense Institute will also donate $10 to the Ryan School PAC for each new student who signs up between those dates. Remember, classes also include topics such as Awareness, Stranger/Danger and Bully Defense.
