Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces.
Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self defense in the shortest possible time. In this particular course you will learn to function during the stress and shock of sudden, violent encounters while getting an intense physical work out.
The cost of this seminar is $150. Additional personal safety equipment that is required is mouth piece and groin guard. These items are available for purchase at the academy along with other optional equipment (forearm pads, etc).
This course will run on Monday's and Wednesday's from 730-830pm for 8 weeks. There is a half hour open mat after each class. Space is limited to 32 participants so hurry up and register!
