Fatal Lowell Shooting: Woman Arrested
A man was shot at a train terminal Thursday before getting into his car and crashing a short distance away.

LOWELL, MA – A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in the Lowell commuter rail terminal on Thursday. Graciela Paulino, 20, of Lowell, will be arraigned Friday morning in Lowell District Court, the Middlesex District Attorney's office said.
The victim, 34-year-old Mark Devoe, of Peabody, got into his car after being shot and crashed a short distance away near the YMCA, according to the Middlesex DA's Office and Lowell Police. He was transported to Lowell General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators believe Devoe was shot in an act of road rage, according to WCVB's Josh Brogadir.
