Fire Breaks Out At Tewksbury Gas Station
The blaze resulted in heavy smoke pouring out of the Main Street gas station.
TEWKSBURY, MA — A fire broke out at the Center Mobil gas station in Tewksbury on Tuesday morning, fire officials said.
Firefighters responded after receiving a call at 10 a.m. reporting a fire at the 1040 Main St. business.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke and fire inside the gas station's two mechanic bays. All workers had escaped before firefighters arrived.

Crews had to shovel snow from around a nearby hydrant to establish a water supply.
Mutual aid was provided by police along with firefighters from Billerica and Wilmington.
