Friday Is The Last Day To Register For Special Town Meeting

From the Town of Tewksbury: A voter registration session has been scheduled for Friday, April 27, 2018 from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1009 Main Street. Denise Graffeo, Town Clerk, informs residents who have not registered to vote, this is the final day to be eligible to vote at the Special Town Meeting on Wednesday, May 9th at 7:00 P.M.

To be eligible to vote at the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, May 7 & 9, 2018, you must have registered by March 16, 2018. Persons who are United States Citizens, residents of Tewksbury, and who will be at least 18 years old on or before May 9th are eligible to register. Those meeting these qualifications who have a Massachusetts Driver’s License can submit their registration online at www.RegisterToVoteMA.com.

Mail-in Voter Registration Forms may be obtained here. Those registering by mail should have their form hand-canceled to ensure it is postmarked before the deadline.

Residents may also register to vote during regular Town Clerk office hours, Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For inquiries, please phone the Office of the Town Clerk at 978-640-4355.
