Louie Diaz, Reentry Case-manager at Lowell House Inc. will be at the Tewksbury Library on July 16th at 7:00pm to talk about the relationship between gangs & substance abuse. This talk is free and open to all. If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction or if you are a professional working within the area of addiction we encourage you to come.
