ICYMI: Five Tewksbury Cases Announced in Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments
Five cases with ties to Tewksbury were announced in the Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments Monday.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced Grand Jury indictments handed down between May 19 and June 23. Five of the alleged offenses occurred in Tewksbury, one of which involved a Tewksbury resident

- Rhodrick Adino, 23, of Lawrence, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance (2 counts), and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- James Brooks, 40, of Tewksbury, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense, and distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- Julio Padilla, 32, of Lawrence, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance (2 counts), and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- Junior Rodriguez, 35, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, distribution of a Class B substance (2 counts), and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.
- Kenneth Soto, 22, of Lawrence, was charged with distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
