Main Street Plaza Allegedly Broken Into

ADT called in a burglar alarm at Forest Terrace Condo Association on Main Street on Friday, May 17, at 12:08 a.m.
An audible alarm was sounding upon police arrival. A second call from a neighbor in the plaza said they believed there was fresh damage to one of the doorways. Damage was also visible at Vindice Counseling, and police investiagated what they believe was a break-in.

Police went to speak with a man on North Street on Friday, May 17, at 5:15 p.m.
Howard H. Barter, IV, 30, of 46 Agawam Street Apt. 1, Lowell, was arrested on two warrants for larceny. He was also charged on multiple counts of uttering a false checks and larceny greater than $250.

Additional Incidents:
On Thursday, May 16, at 10:59 a.m. officers arrested Mark T. Martino, 30, of 15 Brewster Road, Wakefield, for possession to distribute Class A drugs and possession to distribute Class B drugs.
On Thursday, May 16, at 6:25 p.m. police arrested Mark A. Kloetzer, 26, of 7 Kingfisher Road, Tewksbury, and charged him with distributing Class A drugs and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
On Friday, May 17, at 4:50 a.m. the assistant manager at Wal-Mart reported an out of control man who was trying to sell t-shirts. Thomas James Darragh, 23, of 5 Sudbury Ave., Wilmington, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
On Friday, May 17, at 8:55 a.m. multiple 911 callers on Marston Street at Whipple Road reported a motor vehicle crash involving a school bus. There were not children on the bus when it crashed and medical aid was canceled en route to the scene.
On Friday, May 17, at 10:19 p.m. a Shawsheen Street driver reported that as she was in the area, someone threw a glass bottle out onto the roadway. At 10:31 p.m., a second caller reported bottles being thrown onto Shawsheen Street. She said a bottle hit her back window.
On Friday, May 17, at 11:03 p.m. a 911 caller on Fiske Street reported that someone shot paintballs at his house. At 11:16 p.m., another caller reported that their Summer Street home was hit by paintballs and damage was done to the window.
