Tewksbury residents can get over 40 percent off the retail price for Great American Rain Barrels, which can be used to collect rainwater and save energy, reduce storm water runoff and pollution, and help you save cash on your water bill.

The Great American Rain Barrels come with a choice of two ports to use with either a watering can or a garden hose. The barrels hold 60 gallons of water each and are available in 3 earth tone colors and unpainted.

So what's the deal? Residents can buy the barrels at the discounted rate of $69 for green, brown, and gray and $64 for unpainted.
