Man Arrested After Allegedly Pointing Gun At 2-year-old
Tewksbury resident allegedly had three unlicensed guns in his Kimberly Road home.
A Tewksbury man is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly pointing a handgun at a 2-year-old and his mother.
Stefan Berg, 25, of 6 Kimberly Road, was arrested Thursday night (Oct. 20) after being pulled over by Tewksbury Police while driving his Lexus on East Street by Leston Street.
According to a press release issued by, the incident began Thursday at around 8:15 p.m., when police received a call alleging that Berg had just pointed a gun at his 31-year-old sister-in-law and her two-year-old son after an argument in Berg's home.

According to Sheehan, investigators learned that Berg would be at work until around 11 p.m. and that he owned a grey Lexus GS300. Officers conducted surveillance, spotted Berg's Lexus and pulled him over on East Street at 11:35 p.m.
Berg was placed under arrest and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and for driving with a suspended license.

In the meantime a search warrant was executed on his Kimberly Road home. Tewksbury Police detectives discovered three handguns and several boxes of ammunition. Berg was then additionally charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, possessing a firearm with a defaced serial number and possession of ammunition without an F.I.D. card.
Acording to Sheehan, Berg does not possess a License to Carry Firearms (LTC) or an F.I.D. Card.
